Our reason for being

My mission is to be able to get children to reach their goals and learn what is each child’s potential. I want to be able to create a space that demonstrates dynamics and create a routine that will involve their interest and new innovative ideas for them to grow their own personalities.
I want children to learn about their emotions and how to respond or react to them.
I want to help children who just have difficulty in understanding themselves and having difficulty in finding or understanding their likes or dislikes
I believe kids are the most purest souls on earth and they just need some redirection and guidance. I believe using love and comfort is something very important when you are teaching little ones.
Sometimes when things do go downhill, just being able to comfort them, to give them that reassurance, that it’s okay to have ups and downs, that goes a long way for a child,
because just like adults we have our sad moments and we have our proud ones.

Vision and mission for LBD
My vision for Little Bears Daycare is to be able to grow a space where children feel safe and loved in a setting where they’ll be able to learn, grow and love learning. I believe daycares are meant for more than just watching children it’s where you open up a new experience for children, whose minds are blank and everything is so new. It is up to us to paint the picture that they create in their heads about school or learning.
